R2S Social Services uses grant funding not to create duplicate systems, but to strengthen existing services, bridge gaps, and coordinate community-driven safety and family support efforts.

Current Grants & Active Projects

A. Community Safety Council (CSC) Implementation Grant

Understanding patterns of violence, safety concerns, family needs, and neighborhood strengths.

B. R2S Behavioral Support Pilot (Non-Clinical)

A project focused on providing culturally responsive, relationship-driven support to youth and families.

C. Youth Prosocial Activity Fund

A funding stream dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for youth to engage in safe, positive, and skill-building activities.

D. East Spokane Family Strength & Community Safety Initiative (Four Pillar Alignment)

This project aligns R2S programs with the city’s holistic safety plan across:

  3. Health, Behavioral Health & Wellness
  4. Family Strengthening & Support
