R2S Social Services does not seek to recreate what already exists, but to stitch together the strengths of Spokane’s current service ecosystem, build bridges where systems are disconnected, and fill critical gaps in support for youth, families, and neighborhoods. R2S strengthens what is already working by bringing partners together, coordinating care, and providing culturally responsive support where it is needed most.

R2S Social Services (Ready 2 Serve Ministries DBA R2S Social Services) is a community-based nonprofit service organization dedicated to empowering youth, strengthening families, and improving community safety.
We provide non-clinical behavioral support, community resource navigation, prosocial activities, and community safety coordination for neighborhoods across Spokane.
We are built on a simple belief: strong families create strong communities.
We believe support begins with connection. We work alongside the people we serve, not apart from them.
We focus on environments where youth and families feel physically, emotionally, and culturally safe.
We honor diverse identities, experiences, and needs through culturally responsive practices.
We support individuals and neighborhoods in building resilience, repairing harm, and restoring hope.
We listen first, honoring the lived experiences and cultural perspectives of the communities we serve.
We know that real impact happens together—across partners, agencies, families, and neighborhoods.
R2S Social Services began as an outreach extension of Ready 2 Serve Ministries—focused on supporting youth, offering mentoring, and responding to families in need. As community needs grew, so did the mission.
Over time, R2S expanded into a structured social service arm focused on:
R2S Social Services now collaborates with community partners, neighborhoods, and agencies across Spokane to provide consistent, culturally grounded support that meets individuals where they are.
We continue to grow with one goal: to serve Spokane in ways that strengthen families, uplift youth, and build safer, healthier communities.
