R2S offers individualized, community-based support for youth who need consistent, caring adults to help them navigate challenges, build skills, and stay connected.

One-on-One Behavioral Support

Helping youth manage emotions, reduce conflict, and build positive habits.

Prosocial Skill Building

Activities that promote relationship skills, communication, teamwork, and resilience.

Goal-Oriented Support Plans

Strength-based plans created with youth and families.

Non-Clinical Crisis Prevention

De-escalation strategies, early intervention, and safe supports for youth showing signs of stress or conflict.

Collaboration With Schools & Partners

Coordinated support with teachers, counselors, probation, and other community-based services.

R2S helps families navigate complex systems with hands-on, personalized support—ensuring no one has to figure things out alone.

Housing, food, transportation, employment, childcare, benefits, and more.

Warm Handoffs

Direct connections with trusted agencies to reduce barriers and wait times.

Family Advocacy

Walking with families during school meetings, appointments, and service coordination.

Support During Crisis or Transition

Helping families stabilize when facing emergencies, conflict, or major life changes.

Multi-Domain Family Planning
